Tucked away in the prestigious 8th arrondissement, this studio is just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Parc Monceau. It was introduced to us by a business acquaintance, the owner sold the asset as he relocated abroad. We worked with investors on this project, who purchased the property and hired us to handle the asset management and resell for a split of the profit margin.
Despite the small size, the apartment benefitted from considerable heights, which were not used properly and vastly impacted the studio’s luminosity. Our solution was not just to update and modernize the more than tired apartment, but we also created a mezzanine to add to the square footage. Our tradesmen tailor-made most of the furniture to incorporate a sleek, Japanese style design and maximize the space.
The result: A bright, high-end studio which was sold in two weeks at a record price. The new owner loves the apartment.
